How does Support Coordination work?

Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support that is designed to assist participants to make the most of their NDIS funds.

A support coordinator will help you to understand and implement the funded supports in your NDIS plan and link you to your community, mainstream and other services and supports.

Our team of Support Coordinators work closely with the participant and their families/caregivers to ensure the participant is confident and building their independent skills to coordinate their supports.
