How does Specialist Support Coordination work?
CDS SA Specialist Support Coordinators undertake all duties of a Support Coordinator, and in addition assist and support participants with complex support needs and/or in a crisis. Our Specialist Support Coordinator will support participants to manage challenging and complex situations and ensure they are supported and receive the adequate support required.
