Kelly Lambert

Managing Director

Kelly started CDS SA in 2021, with a vision to be a point of difference in the market, with a key focus of providing exceptional service and building great workplace culture. Kelly is passionate about leading and developing a team of allied health professionals which have a positive impact of the lives of the clients we serve.

Kelly brings over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources and Business. She has spent the last 10+ years working in Senior/Executive Leaderships roles in the Not-for-profit, disability, aged care, and community services sector.

Kelly has worked as a leader in the People and Culture field for over 20 years, with the last ten in Senior and Executive roles across the Not-for-profit sector, including health, community, aged care, and previous disability organisations.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Management and is currently studying through the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Lucia Imbrogno

Business Development & Operations Manager

Lucia has worked in the disability and mental health industry for the past nine years. Having completed a Bachelor Psychological Science, Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health, Lucia has held various roles within the disability and mental health sector, including Team Leader Support Worker, Customer Relations Manager, Support Coordinator, and Acting Regional Manager.

Lucia joined CDS SA as our Business Development Manager when we began services in May 2021.

Lucia has extensive knowledge around NDIS and the disability services industry in South Australia and is passionate about building strong, collaborative working relationships within the industry.

Simon Larcombe

Lead Physiotherapist / NDIS Project & Compliance Manager

Originally from the UK, Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science, Health Exercise and Sport. In the UK Simon worked as a rotational physiotherapist, with managerial responsibilities, leading a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Moving to Australia, Simon has worked in aged care and disability sectors since 2014.

Simon has experience working with all age groups, including Paediatrics. His strengths are creating individualised programs that are tailored to specific needs.

Simon has assisted people with chronic conditions, like stroke and Parkinson’s, to assist them with day-to-day life.

Tayla Tarran

Team Leader Occupational Therapy

Graduating from the University of South Australia with a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Tayla, completed further studies gaining a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation from Flinders University.

Tayla has clinical experience within community practice, including aged care and NDIS, mental health, and inpatient rehabilitation.

Currently managing a team of occupational therapists, Tayla has a passion for continually developing her skills as a health professional. Tayla has experience in conducting comprehensive assessments for the NDIA, such as functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, as well as exploring housing options.
